WARNING: I understand that not everyone has a stomach for cemeteries. I happen to enjoy them. Hunting for the oldest head stone I can unearth. And of course seeing what headstones are most common during what time period. Reading the inscriptions. A lot of the photos, due the section I perused, feature youth.

(I took this photograph for the obvious reason, the last name being Beer. I've never met anyone with said last name, but a very wise person has informed me that it does indeed exist. And then I noticed that it was indeed a child's headstone. Passed on some 40yrs ago. I'm going to make the assumption that this isn't the original headstone based on the name that was added three years ago.)

(A lot of the headstones for young people have sheep engravings. In fact, I'd say about 82.6% went with sheep.)

(This is the first time I've come across these. Little oval plaques in rocks. In this area, there were trees dedicated to people and of course benches.)

(Some of the older homes in Belleville go back to the 1870's and so on, so I was trying to find 'older' headstones. This peron died in 1888.)

(Daughter of the Chief Factor, Hudson Bay Company. Died in 1882.)

(There's a total of five people buried here with one slot left.)

(And then some are simple. I prefer the simple. Has me asking more questions. The generic headstones don't do much for me.)
