Pottery! No matter where I go, I pick up a piece of pottery. Some people collect tacky shot glasses, key chains, or fridge magnets. I can't be bothered with that crap. Pottery it is. One of these days, when I'm eighty-two and can no longer remember where they came from, I'll have this immense collection of art I can eat and drink out of. I look forward to that moment.



( This reminds me of honey combs. My favourite aspect is the thumb rest. It reminds me of a wad of gum fixed and moulded in to a comfortable form best suited for your mug gripping needs.)



(Years ago, before this style of japanese pottery exploded into mass produced cheapness, I was given this as a gift. The set, complete with saucers, sold for $150.00.)
